On the day when Alexander turned 8 years old he and his friends set off for the thrilling adventure to save the world, based on the legendary Minecraft computer game. We turned the space of The Roof Gardens in Kensington into a Minecraft realm – with building blocks, game-themed sweet treasures and a variety of playful elements that comprised an exciting quest.

On their journey the gang of twenty kids encountered some exotic beasts – a fruit bat, an armadillo, a flying squirrel and other monster-pets. The kids fought dreadful creepers, conducted scientific experiments at the chemistry workshop, met a real robot and learned some ingenious tricks from a magician. After four hours of exciting adventures our animators safely returned the happy travellers to their parents who enjoyed their time on the rooftop with spectacular views over London’s skyline.
